First kilo is gone. Yay! :D It's proven much harder to do than in the past, so I've stepped it up somewhat - I bought a bike and am planning on riding to work 2-3 times a week, starting from next week. Hopefully 15kms a day a couple of times a weeks will speed things along a bit, as well as working on my fitness. 1kg down, only 11 more to go. :(
